The current paperis dedicated to investigate a moderatereligious doctrine through the presence of/slamic mysticism (sufism) resulted fom Imam al-Ghazali Weague that al-Ghazalis teaching imparted balance beteen the orld and the hereafterlike body and spirit. Al-Ghazali's thought influenced many Indonesian mystics across fifteenth to mineteenth century. We beleed that Indonesian Moslems scholars ho ere influenced by Al-Ghazali's teaching deeloped religious propagation through isdom and morally. We found that by applying mysticism moderale lslamic propagation ere accepted by most of Indonesian Moslems. As a result, they ere succesfi/in undertaking socia/transformation ithout any negative impact.
